A playful complex process of making a simple coffee.
I had my first black coffee in my life not tasting like some degreasing liquid. And the good thing is that I made, pressed, the coffee myself on a $30 device called the Aeropress. A kind of revelation to be using two cheap plastic tubes with expensive coffee beans, costing almost as much as the Aeropress itself, to extract unknown flavours from an old drink.
